Celebrities love the Mulberry ‘Del Rey’ Tote

The Mulberry ‘Del Rey’ leather tote, which was inspired by the much-hyped American songstress Lana Del Rey, hit Net-A-Porter’s virtual shelves this month.

The American singer is in Cannes for the Film Festival, which kicked off May 16, 2012. And as she headed out in the sunshine this morning, Lana went in a white shirt, jeans and a green headscarf, with the same white loafers.

It was recently announced that, thanks to Lana’s usually impeccable accessory choices, Mulberry have decided to name a bag after the singer.

Earlier this month, Mulberry twitted a picture of the Del Rey bag, which comes in tan or black.

On their website, Mulberry describe the bag, saying: ‘The Del Rey was inspired by American singer Lana Del Rey’s nostalgic references to bygone glamour and her playful contrast between retro and modern luxury.’–dailymail.co.uk
